The Maclaren Techno is a compact and comfortable stroller for parents. It has a fully-reclining seat with an extended leg rest and a head-hugger to ensure that babies are comfortable during long journeys. A fully-coverage extendable sun visor with a full-coverage hood will protect your child from the elements. The parent tray, with its cup holders and storage compartments is a convenient place to store the essentials. The brakes with a foot-operated mechanism and lockable swivel wheels make great safety features, too.

The Techno's handlebars are adjusted to fit parents who are taller. They also come with a satin finish that feels good against the skin. Additionally, its compact fold size makes it easy to store it at home. The huge air-filled tyres guarantee an enjoyable ride and are able of handling off-road surfaces too. The hood can be lowered to the baby's feet to provide sun protection or for a cozy snooze and is very easy to use.

Another great feature is the reversible seat, which allows you to change the direction the child faces. The reclining seat also provides great back and head support so your little one can take a comfortable and relaxing nap in the seat or carrycot. Claire loved the large shopping basket that can be accessed from the seat or carrycot in any position. It can hold an entire pack of nappies as well as a changing bag.

Lastly, the Xplory X is a premium pram from Stokke and is suitable for babies from birth. It includes the chassis, a pushchair seat and a lie-flat carrycot, however other accessories like the rain cover need to be purchased separately. It's an excellent choice for those who love the look of a modern Scandinavian-designed pram with a unique and functional frame that lets you interact closely with your baby.

Its realistic features include a rain hood that can be removed and a handy under-seat shopping basket and a matching changing bag. 4. Thule Shine

Thule is a brand famous for its unique and practical products and the Shine stroller is no different. It's one of the lightest prams on the market, and feels solid and robust in your hands despite its minimal design. It is also extremely versatile and can be used as a bassinet, or Newborn Inlay from birth, as well as a Maxi Cosi car adapter.

In contrast to other lightweight strollers, the Shine does not disappoint in terms of storage for cargo either. Its 22-pound capacity allows you to take everything you require for a day of travel without having to leave everything behind.

It's also easy to assemble, with the back wheels being attached to the main frame straight out of the box. The bassinet is also simple to attach and has handles that are similar to those of a Moses basket. The pram folds down to a compact and tidy size, meaning it fits in even the tiniest cars.

Thule's canopy air purifier is also an excellent feature. It comes with an air filter that removes dust, bacteria, viruses pollen, and other unpleasant things. Thule claims that it can filter 150 litres per minute of air and is compatible with an app which shows the quality of the air in your area.

The only issue is the price. Although it's cheaper than other 2 in 1 infant car seat and stroller in 1 prams, it still costs over PS1,000 for the complete kit. This is especially difficult to accept when there are other options like the Thule Spring that is lighter and smaller and costs less than half as much.

The durability of Thule's strollers is legendary and I've seen them tested at the Thule Hillerstop headquarters in Sweden. To test the quality and strength of their strollers they drop them from heights, crash down slopes and traverse a bumpy track in the snow. They look great!
