The Combi Twin Cosmo scored well in our tests of maneuverability despite its size and bulk. It required 25 pounds of weight suspended from the single handle stroller bar before it tipped backwards which is better than most of the competition but still not as impressive as the top performer in this metric one, the Chariot Cougar 2.

It has a good front wheel suspension. Its large rear wheels can be locked to enhance mobility. The brake pedal that locks and unlocks the rear wheels simultaneously making it ideal for parking in tight spots.
