Mesothelioma and Work Exposure

Mesothelioma is more frequent for those who work with asbestos. Construction workers, firefighters or military veterans are particularly at risk.

Mesothelioma is primarily a problem with the lung's lining (pleural mesothelioma) or abdomen. In rare cases it can affect the heart and testicles.

Signs and symptoms
