It scored high in our Strollers & Multiples Test for its weight and folded dimensions, which means it's lightweight and compact when folded and easy to lift and store into a car trunk. It also comes with a multi-position reclining seat and a parent cup holder. Other features worth mentioning include two large hanging storage bags and 360-degree front wheels that are shock-absorbing.

In our test of the push and turn, it did better than many of the other cheap strollers we test, but it's not the easiest to maneuver on uneven terrain or through narrow doorways. Its sunshades are among the smallest we tested, offering only direct overhead coverage and no windows that peek out. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 has a more extensive canopy.

The Delta took us just under 3 minutes to put together using an average manual and no components required tools. But, it's lacking some essential features that we believe you should not compromise on in a double stroller like a large basket and reclining seats that have adjustable leg rests.

It's a breeze to maneuver, and the one-hand recline of the seat as well as the massive shopping basket make it simple for parents to get their child out and in quickly. The narrow pushchair sailed through every day bumps and doors with ease.

It can also be connected with the Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a traveling system for infants up to 20 lb (car seat and adapters sold separately). The City Tour 2 is a excellent choice if you wish to use a stroller on the move.
