Lever Pad

The lever pad upvc handle differs from the lever handles that are found on most doors. These handle types are either operated by one spindle, or two spindles inline or offset. It is recommended to do this while the lock is in place, but when this isn't feasible, you can take it off and remove it to measure. A cylinder that is protruding beyond the handle and escutcheon could be vulnerable to attacks such as snapping locks, therefore it is crucial that it's not too long.

They are a replacement for broken or missing cassettes in the backplate of the door handle for many kinds of uPVC doors. They are supplied in one unit. They come with a square cut out that can accommodate an 8mm shaft.
