The tray for parents and kids and a large storage basket and 3-tiered extended canopy with peekaboo window provide maximum sun protection.

The Cloud scored one of the lowest scores in our quality tests because it has a flimsy seat, made of hard plastic, and a design which appears outdated. It is also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter. This makes it a poor option for parents looking for an affordable option.

Although it's not the lightest double stroller, it comes with enough features worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make it easy for you to navigate it on flat surfaces. It can also jump curbs without much effort. The Cloud's low handle is a drawback, however; it's nearly at knee height, and not adjustable. It's not easy to push it while your legs are dangling in this manner. And the lack of padding doesn't make it any easier.

During our tests during our testing, we found the Cloud to be easy to open and set up. It's a bit more complicated to close, however; you need to slide a slider, and then push a large white button to cause it to collapse. It can be quite frustrating, especially if you're juggling children while doing it.

The Cloud comes with a small but deep storage basket that can fit a medium diaper bag. The basket is a bit narrow and you may have to store something inside to reach the back. The Cloud includes a parent tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. However, both are too small for larger cups or bottles.

Kolcraft is an established family business that has been operating since 1946. They started by making crib pads and diapers, but now they manufacture several baby products, including highchairs as well as infant car seats. The company is located in Chicago and is an American manufacturer.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist design, which is perfect for traveling. It's extremely light at 18lbs (lighter than some single strollers!) It folds flat to make it easy to transport and store. It also has independently reclining seats and large SPF 50 sunvisors with peekaboo window. The visors are adjustable to accommodate children of different heights. Additionally, it comes with an integrated one-step parking brake that is Disney-sized approved.

The swivel wheels of the Jeep are also fantastic for navigating over bumps and uneven surfaces. However, this stroller doesn't accept car seats and therefore your children must be at least 6+ months old and have good neck control to ride in the front seat. It does come with a nice, three panel sun canopy, however and each seat comes with its own snack tray as well as parent cupholders.

Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is yet another extremely light stroller with a side by side. It's a bit heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's slim and narrow (26.5 inches wide!) It has a lot of exquisite details that make it perfect for travel. It has a super simple fold, is very maneuverable and can be tucked away in the overhead compartments of airplanes and trunks easily.

The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, just like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's pretty similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it has a few key distinctions. It's also a little more expensive, but it has greater maneuverability and an extra sun canopy. It also has a convenient carry strap and can hold children as heavy as 44 pounds per seat.

Summer 3D Pac for Infants CS+

If you're looking for a stroller that is light in weight but also packed with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just incredibly light at just 13 pounds, but it comes with plenty of storage in the form of child and parent cup holders, a sippy-cup for the child pocket, a parent storage pocket and more. The stroller can also be used with a child's car seat and features a flip-flop-friendly brake that is easily engaged. It's designed to evolve with your kids from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller by simply attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children 6 months old and up.

Another thing to note about this stroller is that it operates on swivel wheels, and doesn't have any locking capabilities therefore it may not be the best option for rocky or sloping terrain. It's still a great option for most families, as it is easy to maneuver on smooth surfaces as well as smooth surfaces.

The stroller is light enough to be able to navigate through door frames. This was an important issue with other models we have tested. It is easy to fold and the handlebars are close to the ground. The only downside is its limited storage space. When it is full of toys for kids it feels squeezed.
