Three Wheeled Buggies

Kath wrote "it feels sturdy to push and is very stable when traversing difficult terrain. Its tyres (which are inflatable so need periodic pumping) come with suspension built-in that was very comfortable for my kids.

Another thing to think about is the size of the seat and shape. It is important for the seat to be large enough for your child to feel comfortable and to allow them to lie down. Certain three-wheel buggies have a full lie-flat option while others allow an adult facing one.

The downside of having bigger wheels is that they make some buggies quite wide and make it difficult to get through narrow spaces. This is an issue if you're using it as a jogger or you need to to get through doorways that are narrow when you're out and out and about. The majority of models come with compact folding options that permit you to take off the front wheels and store them more compactly.

Easy to Manoeuvre

One of the main benefits to a three-wheeled buggy is that it can be much easier to maneuver especially with a child in the back. The way they are constructed means that the front wheels turn on a dime and are incredibly easy to manoeuvre which makes them perfect for difficult terrain like cobbles, parks, bumpy pavements and dirt tracks.

I was also impressed with the way it dealt with kerbs using the hand-operated break. I found it to be extremely stable when going downhill or over uneven ground."

The only drawback to this great maneuverability, is that the larger wheels of the lightest 3 wheel stroller wheel buggy might make it difficult to squeeze into tight spaces. This is something you need to be aware of when your home is an urban area. If this is a concern then a 4-wheel buggy may be better for you.
