How a Jaguar Smart Key Works

Jaguar smart key enables you to lock and unlock your vehicle from afar. Like all electronic devices, it's powered by batteries.

Your car could display a decrease in its effective signal range if your Smart Key battery begins to end up dying. The center of the message may display the alert "SMART Key Battery Low".

Keyless Entry
